Cash Incentives will now be given to the Tenants living in the four storey buildings at Raiwai and Raiwaqa as the Public Rental Board tries to reach an agreement regarding their eviction after conducting a survey.
General Manager Mesake Senibulu said the four options that were earlier offered to tenants did not turn out fruitful as 57 percent live below the poverty line.
More than 190 families are yet to be relocated before the end of this year.
