Police have confirmed that a raid was carried out at the Fiji Times Office earlier today after a complaint was lodged by a Ministry against the newspaper company.

Police Spokesperson Corporal Suliano Tevita told Fijivillage News that the raid was in regards to confidential documents believed to be in possession of a news reporter.

Corporal Tevita also said the report was lodged by a certain ministry however he did not divulge more information.

He only confirms that no one was taken in for questioning.
