A New Zealand radio station, Radio Apna raised $212,000 Fiji dollars through a radio appeal and will be distributing food rations in Ba and Nadi from this morning.
General Manager Mohammed Shaiyaz said these food packs will last three weeks which contains basic food items.
He said those affected should come forward for their assistance.
