Sila Central's Nikotimo Radeva is the top bet from the Triple N zone Senior Boys 100 metres event for the Blue Ribbon event at the Coca Cola Games next month.

Radeva who beat Banuve Tabakaucoro at the Easter Championships last week, won the Gold medal in the senior boys 100 metres finals in a time of 10.66 seconds, and he also beat Isoa Me of Lelean Memorial School.

Redeva is very confident and said he is determined to win another gold medal in the 200 metres finals tomorrow.

Meanwhile, after the first day of competition at the Triple N zone meet today, Adi Cakobau School lead the medal tally in the girls division with 13 Gold 10 Silver and 8 Bronze medals, second is Lelean Memorial School with 2 Gold 4 Silver and 1 Bronze and third is Rewa Secondary with 1 Gold 2 Silver and 2 Bronze.

In the boys division, Sila Central lead with 8 Gold 1 Silver and 4 Bronze, second is Lelean Memorial School with 3 Gold 7 Silver and 6 Bronze and third is Muainaweni Secondary with 3 Gold and 1 Silver.

A total of 7 records were broken in the first day of competition at the Triple N Zone and competition continues tomorrow at the TFL stadium.
