Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says Sitiveni Rabuka is the biggest oppressor as thousands of people left Fiji after the 1987 coups.

Bainimarama has made this statement after Rabuka said that he is trying to free the people from oppression under the current regime.

The Prime Minister says Rabuka did not define oppression and can people believe this guy.

Bainimarama says he did what Rabuka could not do - have the guts to stand up for what is right for the people of Fiji.

Bainimarama says that he is getting people out of oppression.

The Prime Minister says thousands of people left Fiji under Rabuka’s regime because they were oppressed.

He says these people are now returning to Fiji to live, to build, and to invest.

Bainimarama says he is righting all the wrongs which Rabuka created.
