Former Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has called on ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase and his SDL political party to have the nation at heart and help in moving it forward.

Rabuka reminded Qarase that if he is representing most of the people as he claims, then he should support the moves that the interim government wants to implement.

The former GCC chairman also highlighted that Qarase is not doing the country any good by going against any decision the interim government makes, as they will not listen to any of his ideas.

Rabuka believes that if Qarase continues not to support any changes that Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama is trying to bring, then he is not thinking about the people who are now slowly adopting changes that has come about.
