Flying Fijians centre Seru Rabeni will now play for Gloucester in the new season.

The 30-year-old Rabeni, who can operate at centre or on the wing, has signed a three-year contract at Kingsholm.

Gloucester coach Dean Ryan said signing Rabeni from Leicester Tigers is great news and he is a player of great quality and physicality.

Rabeni represented Fiji in the 2003 and 2007 World Cups and has also played Super 14 rugby with the Highlanders.

He joined Leicester in 2004 and scored five tries in 21 appearances during the club's double-winning campaign in 2006/07.
