Coming from a rural setting and showing the public the greatest threat to their lifestyle, is what first timers Ratu Latianara Memorial School will be doing for the Tadra Kahani 2007.
Katarina Ba, a form 5 student said the students want to show the public what de-forestation is doing to the country as a whole.
The Tadra Kahani 2007, will be held at the Vodafone Arena this Wednesday and Thursday.
There are a total of 14 schools taking part and the schools that are taking part in the Primary Division, Veiuto Primary, Tacirua Primary, Draiba Fijian, Nabitu District and Nadi Christian Academy.
In the Senior Division, Monfort Boys Town, RKS, Ratu Latianara Memorial, Laucala Bay Secondary, Saint Bedes College, International School Nadi, International Secondary, Rishikul Sanatan and LDS College. The Primary Division final and preview of the secondary division will be held next Wednesday while we will have the Secondary final on Thursday night.
Tickets are now on sale at the Boom Box and at the Home of Village at 231 Waimanu Road, Suva.
