The Ratu Kadavulevu School Under 19 rugby team has suffered a huge blow in their quest to reclaim the Deans trophy in the Fiji Secondary schools competition after key player Peni Sagata was issued with a red-card yesterday.

Speaking to Legend FM sports, Fiji Secondary schools' President Suliasi Lutubula said that according to the Constitution any player who is issued a red-card is automatically handed a two match suspension.

Meanwhile, RKS under 19 Coach Epeli Nabatisila said that the suspension is not so much of a worry as he has a lot of depth on the bench.

In the other Under-19 semifinal matches next week Queen Victoria school will meet up with the Isaia Rasila coached Nasinu Secondary school while RKS will take on defending champions Lelean.

The semifinals will be held at the Post Fiji stadium on August 11 whilst the finals venue is yet to be determined.
