RKS has maintained their dominance in the Boys Division in the Tailevu Zone and successfully defended their title with 29 Gold, 11 Silver and 14 Bronze, QVS finished second with 10 Gold, 21 Silver and 17 Bronze and third is St Vincent with 5 Gold, 3 Silver and 5 Bronze.

In the Girls Division, Tailevu North is first with 13 Gold, 13 Silver and 14 Bronze, St Vincent came in second with 11 Gold, 15 Silver and 10 Bronze while Wainibuka Secondary finished in 3rd spot with 10 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze.

Some of the records broken at the Tailevu Zone, Ateca Duluarewa of Saint Vincent College broke the record in the Open Girls 3,000 metres final, with a new time of 12 minutes 29 seconds. The old record was set in 2004, which stood at 12 minutes 57 seconds.

- In the Senior Boys Shotput, Isikeli Seva of RKS set a new record throw of 13.48 metres. The Old record stood at 12:53 metres set in 2006.

- Another record came in the 200 metres Inter-Boys from Matavesi Leya with a new record of 21.9 sec, the Old record was 22.9 sec set in 2004.
