It has been 14 years since traditional rival RKS beat QVS in the Deans final way back in 1993 and on Saturday they will be running onto the Post Fiji Stadium aiming to repeat that performance.

This week’s preparation for the boys from Lodoni is based at the famous Deans ground which is named after the prestigious trophy when they were able to keep it for 5 years in a row from 1980 to 1985, a result no other team has been able to achieve.

RKS technical adviser Waisea Senibiukula knows that their neighbours would like to win the final to mark the 100th year anniversary for the school and he has plans to spoil an early celebration for the QVS boys.
