The Fiji Military Force is still investigating the case where a Soldier was found in possession with a pistol outside a nightclub in Suva on last Friday night.
Military Spokesperson, Major Neumi Leweni said the Officer is still undergoing questioning and more information in relation to the case is expected soon.
Major Leweni confirmed earlier that the Officer was found in possession with a pistol outside a night spot and not inside as claimed earlier. He also confirmed that the Solider was on duty during the time of the incident.
Meanwhile, Police have confirmed that they have forwarded all the investigation to the military to handle.
Police arrested the soldier with the gun last Friday and reported the matter to the Military.
