President Jioji Konrote has today confirmed the appointments of the heads of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces, Fiji Police Force and the Fiji Corrections Service.
Rear Admiral Viliame Naupoto is the Commander of the RFMF, Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho has been confirmed as the Police Commissioner while Commander Francis Kean is the new Commissioner for Fiji Corrections Service.
Solicitor General and Secretary of the Constitutional Offices Commission, Sharvada Sharma said the appointments have been made in accordance with the constitution, and on the advice of the Constitutional Offices Commission following the meeting of the Commission today.
All the three appointments are with effect from today.
