The Chairperson of Real Estate Agents Licensing Board (REALB), Annie Rogers, has resigned from her position.
Rogers who is also the FTIB Chief Executive Officer said after undertaking the role of Chair and becoming fully familiar with the operations and processes of the REALB, it has become obvious that there is a conflict of interest between her role as Chair REALB and that of her position as Chief Executive Officer of FTIB.
She said that as a result she felt it best that in the interest of good governance and transparency, she relinquish the REALB Chairperson role.
