The Royal Commonwealth Society or RCS said it will continue its important work despite Fiji's suspension from the Commonwealth announced this earlier this week.
President Fiji Branch, Juris Gulbis said they will continue in conducting cultural and social activities that promote international understanding.
The RCS, the oldest and largest civil society organisation devoted to the Commonwealth said it would not only continue but also seek to develop its activities despite the suspension.
Fiji has been suspended from the Commonwealth, the second time this action has been taken, while Fiji was expelled from the body after the 1987 coups.
