The Reserve Bank Governor's residence on Princess Rd will see either new tenants or owners occupy the residence sometime soon.
In a statement, the Reserve Bank Board said it decided to either rent or sell the residence as the new Governor Sada Reddy decided to stay at his own private residence.
The tenders closed on June 23rd with the Bank now in the process of evaluating and awarding the tender.
The residence was occupied by former Governor Savenaca Narube who had to evacuate the premises after he was removed from the position.
