It's expansion time for one of the supermarket giants in Fiji, RB Patel Group Limited.
The group Chairman, Isoa Kaloumaira has announced the opening of their new store "RB Market Point" at the FNPF Harbour Front building at Rodwell Road in Suva.
Kaloumaira said the store will have the typical RB Patel supermarket products together with a large selection of variety items upstairs.
He said they have been on the lookout for a store location in the city area and are now pleased to offer a store in the main Central Business District area.
Kaloumaira reveals that the supermarket will add to the total buying capability of the company together with increased turnover and a small contribution to additional profits.
The RB Patel Group said as is normal, new stores only add to profitability usually in the second year.
