RB Patel Group Limited has today announced a number of investment projects which are either currently underway or have just been completed.

Company Chairman, Isoa Kaloumaira said RB Patel Group Limited has finalised long term leasing arrangements with FNPF for the premises at Rodwell Road in Suva.

A supermarket store will be run by RB Patel at the location however no date for the opening of the supermarket has been finalised as yet.

Kaloumaira said the Martintar Nadi project is now complete and the premises are substantially leased out to tenants.

The current tenants include key retailing outlets like Pizza King and renowned international brands such as KPMG and AON Insurance Brokers.

Kaloumaira also revealed that the property purchased in the greater Suva area during the last financial period is currently undergoing earthworks and construction should begin later this year or early next year.
