Most roads around the country remain closed.

Works Ministry Spokesperson Sainiana Waqainabete said they are still gathering and assessing the situation and will make a decision soon.

The Queens and Kings Highway remain closed to all traffic until further notice due to landslides, flooding and broken tree and power lines.

Kings Road is closed at Korovou, Qelekura, Wailotua, Naqia, Nayavu while the bridges are underwater and closed to all traffic and the Naseyani Road are also closed.

Along the Queens Road from the Taunovo depot to Lomary Catholic School and up to Galoa village, water has receded however the road remains closed at this stage, Yarawa flats and Korovisilou village has flood waters with the roads closed to all traffic.

Whilen in Suva, Reservoir Road has damaged power lines across the road and is closed to all traffic and Edinburgh Drive remains closed.
