Former chairman of the Fiji Law Reform Commission Alipate Qetaki has been appointed the new General Manager of Native Land Trust Board (NLTB) replacing Semi Tabakanalagi who passed away earlier this year.
In announcing the appointment, interim Prime Minister and NLTB chairman Commodore Frank Bainimarama said Qetaki was found to be the most suitable candidate given his qualifications and extensive hands on experience in administration and senior level management and having led the organization during a 3 month transitional management period.
Bainimarama said Qetaki contract will be 3 years.
