Fiji's Akapusi Qera scored a hat-trick of tries for his Gloucester club in their 32-23 win over Dragons, and the win helped them claim a spot in the Amlin Challenge Cup.

Qera was very strong in support play and contributed a lot in delivery and retained the team's concentration in most parts of the game.

The win meant Gloucester finished as runners-up in pool two, progressing into the second tier Challenge Cup where they will be joined by five group winners of that competition and two other Heineken Cup clubs.

Earlier this month, Qera had resigned a two year contract with Gloucester which will end in 2012.
