The longstanding hearing at the Suva High Court kicks off in two days time where the ousted Prime Minister, Laisenia Qarase and his SDL party is taking the Interim Government to court.

The court will hear and determine the legality of the takeover on 6th December last year as Qarase and his SDL ministers will want to know whether it was legal.

Meanwhile Qarase is expected to be present in court on Tuesday and according to the SDL's National Director, Peceli Kinivuwai he will also be called in as one of the witnesses.
