The hearing of the Laisenia Qarase vs Frank Bainimarama appeal will begin on the 6th of April.
The case was called for mention in the Fiji court of appeal and the court has ordered that the appellant’s submissions are to be filed by the 6th of February.
Solicitor General Christopher Pryde appeared for the state and Qoriniasi Bale appeared on behalf of the appellants.
