Ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase's lawyer, Tevita Fa said he will be advising Qarase later today to stay away from making any more public statements after the Public Emergency Regulation was reinstated yesterday.
Fa said nothing else can be done now since the military is in power and the only legal advice that he will be giving Qarase is to keep quiet.
