Ousted Prime Minister, Laisenia Qarase will take the stand at 9:30 this morning as the first witness to give evidence in the case filed by him and other ousted SDL ministers against the Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama and others.
Qarase is expected to reveal what he went through leading up to the events of December 5th.
Meanwhile Queens Counsel representing Qarase Nye Perram said they intend to underline the opening and closing address with all issues and not just a brief one within one day.
