Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama has again made a call to Ousted Prime Minister, Laisenia Qarase to join the National Council for Building a Better Fiji.
Bainimarama said no one can change his mind to have a truly democratic Fiji which has equal opportunities for all irrespective of race, colour and religion.
The Interim PM said the door is still open for Qarase to come forward and take part in the People's Charter process.
However Qarase believes the solution to the current can only be found by all the political parties sitting down together and paving the path to the next elections.
