The ousted Prime Minister and leader of the Soqosoqo Duavata ni Lewenivanua party, Laisenia Qarase is awaiting a reply from the Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama to have talks on the country's situation.
SDL's National Director, Peceli Kinivuwai confirms that Qarase has written to Commodore Bainimarama requesting to have a meeting with him.
Kinivuwai said that nothing official has come from the PM's office about this meeting.
