According to Ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase, his time on Lau has not entirely been a waste of time and adds that he is looking forward to his Suva trip.
Qarase had confirmed earlier that he was to arrive in Suva on the last week of this month.
Qarase has now been in Lau for almost nine months after the military overthrow of the SDL government on December 5th last year and was supposed to have made the trip to Suva once the SDL court case had begun.
The court case is to be held on the 2nd of October.
