Ousted Prime Minister, Laisenia Qarase has expressed serious concern about the extremely long delay in the delivery of the judgment in the High Court case, where the SDL Government had taken the Commander of the Fiji Military Forces and others to court relating to the overthrow of Qarase's government.
Qarase is adamant that the Interim Government is interfering in the court case which is causing the long delay.
Qarase says a number of declarations was sort on the military takeover of his government on the 5th December, 2006.
Qarase has called on the Chief Justice to do the right thing and deliver the judgment without further delay, in the best interest of the Judiciary and the country.
Meanwhile the Interim Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum in response says the claims by Qarase are unfounded and he has no proof.
