Toganivalu asked Ratu Inoke, the former Director of the Pacific Connex, who funded the software Mysap which the company supplied to NLTB, to which he replied it was businessman, Ballu Khan.
Toganivalu also asked whether Kalivati Bakani and Keni Dakuidreti were former directors, he said they were there before.
Toganivalu asked Ratu Inoke whether he invited Kuli to attend the meeting at Ballu Khan's home, Ratu Inoke said he told Lance Corporal Peniasi Kuli he did not want to see him but Kuli insisted three times that he wanted to go to Ballu Khan's place so he allowed him.
Toganivalu asked Ratu Inoke whether Kuli told him about the plan to assassinate the Prime Minister, he said yes it was Kuli.
Presiding Judge, Justice Paul Madigan asked Ratu Inoke about the meeting with Major Narawa, to which he said he did not expect Narawa and it was not a meeting, it was only a discussion.
Meanwhile second accused, Feoko Gadekibau also took the witness stand yesterday.
Defence Counsel, Iqbal Khan asked Gadekibau whether he was still employed.
Gadekibau said he lost his job after the mutiny in November 2000 after he was instructed by senior officers at QEB to secure the main gate as he was only following instructions.
Gadekibau said in court he had to surrender himself at the Tamavua checkpoint on Thursday before he was taken up to QEB.
Khan asked Gadekibau whether he was assaulted by Police and has also spent five years in jail for the mutiny charge.
Gadekibau said yes he was assaulted and had served his sentence.
Khan also asked Gadekibau whether he looked for another job after he served his sentence he said he worked as a personal body guard to Ballu Khan.
He also worked for Yatu Lau.
Gadekibau also told the court that Colonel Roko Ului Mara called his boss to tell him that he was not happy that Gadekibau is working for Yatu Lau, Gadekibau then resigned.
The proceedings continue at 9 today.
