The Qaranivalu, Ratu Inoke Takiveikata has not received an official invite to the upcoming Bose ni Turaga scheduled for next month at the Queen Elizabeth Barracks in Delainabua.
Ratu Takiveikata believes that with the chiefs meeting next week at Nausori the issue about the Bose ni Turaga will be part of the discussion.
Chiefs representing the 16 Tikinas around the Naitasiri province are expected to be present in this meeting.
Meanwhile the chairman of the Bose ni Turaga and Minister for Indigenous Affairs, Ratu Epeli Nailatikau earlier stated that the dates for the 6th session Bose ni Turaga meeting has been moved to the 16th and 17th of next month.
Ratu Epeli said 215 chiefs are invited to the meeting.
