The Qalitu, Vitogo Road is now closed to all traffic as there is a landslide. A Qalitu resident Rajendra Sharma is calling on all motorists to avoid using the route.
The Vuda Point Road is inaccessible now as it is now flooded and residents are warning commuters who use the road to get to Lautoka.
Divisional Crime Officer Western Vijay Singh confirmed that several roads in Lautoka are closed to all traffic as flood waters continue to rise.
