Queen Victoria School Under 18 number eight Ratu Kinivuai Veitata is the player to watch in the Coke Zero Deans semifinals at Lawaqa Park this weekend.
This is Veitata’s third year in the QVS Under 18 side as he started playing in the team when he was 16.
Veitata who is also the captain for QVS scored a try and set up another for flanker Rusiate Naiteqe as they thrashed Suva Grammar School 31-3.
Meanwhile some of the players to look out for in the QVS team include robust center Timoci Tavatavanawai, fly half Pita Katalau, winger Apolosi Koroi, fullback Emoni Narawa and prop Livai Natave.
QVS will meet Nasinu Secondary School in the first semifinal at 2pm this Saturday while RKS will take on Marist in the second semifinal at 3.30pm Saturday at Lawaqa Park.
