QVS Remains In Tier 1
Lomawai will now have to wait for the loser of the Ratu Navula and Marist Brothers High School game to determine whether they will remain in the Tier 1 competition.
In other results from today’s playoffs, in the Under-18 grade: Suva Grammar edged Natabua to win by 23-20 and Nasinu Secondary thumped Nadi Muslim College by 54-3.
In the Under-17 grade, St Thomas beat Nasinu Secondary by 6-0 and QVS played to a 5-all draw against Cuvu College but were awarded the win after they scored first.
In the Under-16 grade, QVS won the match on default after the boys from Shri Vivekananda did not turn up and Lelean Memorial School beat Ratu Navula in the Under-15 grade by 17 points to nil.
