Rugby players from two prominent schools in the U-19 rugby grade have missed out on being selected into the Fiji U-19 team to the Federation of Oceania Rugby Unions competition in Samoa.

The QVS and Lelean U-19 players who were selected to be part of the trials on Tuesday failed to turn up and the selectors have made their decision known that they will not be considered.

Selector Oscar Umuumulovo said this will be a chance for other players to take the opportunity and be part of the Fiji team.

Tomorrow at the TFL Stadium the Coca Cola Zero Deans rugby semifinal will start at 8.20am from the U-14 grade to the U-19.

At 3pm in the U-19 division, Nasinu Secondary School will play Lomawai Secondary while at 4.20pm Ratu Navula takes on defending champion Lelean Memorial School.
