Members of the public are being urged to use locally grown ingredients when cooking, and people can get to see just what is available locally at the upcoming Agriculture Show next week.
Permanent Secretary for Agriculture Colonel Mason Smith said some of the produce that will be showcased included root crops, vegetables and livestock that is locally grown and reared in Fiji.
Smith said the upcoming show is focused on the hard work of the farmers in which they will be rewarded.

The Agriculture show in Suva will be held from the 20th -24th of this month at the Vodafone Arena.
In the Northern Division the show will be held in Labasa on the 14th and 15th and in Sigatoka also on the 15th of this month.
