Every year, many people in the villages eagerly wait to start beating tins, drums and Lalis while some people usually spend the time partying.
Fijivillage went out and spoke to some families on their plans for the New Year celebrations and many said that they will be heading down to Albert Park for the Legend FM Fiji Street Party with Digicel Digimax to welcome the new year with thousand others.
