The Public Service Disciplinary Tribunal is expected to hand over six reports to the PSC in relation the civil servants who have breached the Public Service Commission Code of Conduct.
The tribunal which was established last year has received a number of cases against civil servants who have been charged for breaching the public service conduct and the public service regulations 1999.
Tribunal Chairman, Amaniasi Katonivualiku told Fijivillage that the Commission will then decide on the action to be taken against the civil servants.
Meanwhile, PSC Permanent Secretary, Parmesh Chand said the establishment of the tribunal has allowed the PSC to focus on other issues.
The tribunal has so far received 21 cases, 4 disciplinary cases are pending and 12 cases have already been heard with findings yet to be submitted to the Commission.
