The people speak through the Provincial Councils and it is this decision that we are expressing.
These are the sentiments of the Naitasiri Provincial Council Vice Chairman Ilaitia Tuisese who said their Provincial Council does not influence people to go against the Draft People's Charter, it is their decision which the council portrays.
These comments come after Interim Prime Minister Frank Bainimarama said that it is not the job of the Provincial Councils to say no to the Draft People's Charter as they are an arm of government.
