Representatives of the 16 Districts and 132 villages of the Cakaudrove province have been given until this week to look into the draft village by-laws.
Chairman of the Cakaudrove Provincial Council, Emitai Boladuadua said the villagers have been given copies of the by-laws and they should be able to highlight their opinions.
Boladuadua said Cakaudrove supports the respect which should be accorded in the villages.
He added one of the issues which should be eliminated is the rowdy attitude of the villagers.
