The Kadavu province has strongly highlighted their concerns about the alleged rape at the island of a 4 year old girl by a class eight student over the weekend.
Kadavu chief and Chairman of the Kadavu Provincial Council, Ratu Josateki Nawalowalo said it is a shameful situation that the offence has happened and adds that it must not be repeated.
