“They deserve to reach this level.”

Those are the words of the proud coach, Vilive Koroitai commenting on the four Ratu Navula College players who have made it to the Fiji Under 20 Rugby team to the Junior Rugby World Cup next month.

Koroitai said some of these players have been playing together from the Kaji Rugby level.


Tight head prop Ratu Lame Lewanavanua and French-based player Sevanaia Galala have played together from Primary School level.  Galala signed a contract with his French club at the age of 17. 

Meanwhile tight head prop and ex Suva Grammar student, Aminiasi Naivanawalu joined Ratu Navula in 2010 while number eight Sitiveni Waqa left for Tau Rugby Club in Nadroga where he cuaght the eyes of the selectors.
   
The Under 20 side leaves for South Africa tomorrow where they will play their first match against Wales next Monday.
