Fiji needs to protect its labour force and accept the fact that it is already in competition with the labour force around the world.
These were Director Immigration Commander Villiame Naupoto's sentiments at the Fiji-Australia Business Council meeting at the Radisson Resort in Nadi this morning.
Commander Naupoto said that Fiji has to stop its people from migrating or get them back.
