The Housing Authority of Fiji has assured the public that projects undertaken by them will end on time.

Housing Authority Chief Executive Alipate Naiorosui was referring to the development of lands in Wainibuku.

He added that they are working closely with contractors to complete the project as planned.

He said forty percent of the project is completed and the whole project is expected to be completed by mid May to June.

Naiorosui said they are working closely with the contractors so that they can finish developing the land as scheduled.

Meanwhile, other projects around the country are currently on hold as Housing Authority expects to conduct a market survey for areas around the different major centres.

According to the CEO, the projects in Savusavu and Tavualevu are on hold as they are carrying out market study before things can be taken to the next level.
