We are just not getting our processes right and this must be corrected now, before and after the 2010 budget announcement in November.

This is the view of Reserve Bank Governor Sada Reddy regarding majority of the industries that he said have huge potential to become major exporters in the global market.

Reddy said tourism, sugar, gold, fishing, forestry and garment industries have the potential to bring in a lot more for Fiji than it currently is, adding these are the industries that we have to concentrate on instead of finding new exports.

The governor said the product exists for the market therefore it needs to be tapped into.
