Police have charged a 54 year old serving prisoner of Naboro Medium Security Prison for allegedly threatening a High Court Judge.
Assistant Spokesperson, Corporal Josaia Weicavu has confirmed that the convicted men threatened the Judge when he dismissed his appeal.
He will appear in court at a later date.
The man is serving his three year sentence after being convicted of Fraud and obtaining money by false pretence.
