The Nasinu Prison that rehabilitates juvenile prisoners will soon become more or less like an education centre.
These are the words of the Yellow Ribbon Project Cordinator Isireli Dausiga who said that they are now working on a rehabilitation policy for juvenile offenders.
Dausiga said this policy will enable them to identify the level of education the juvenile prisoners have and through which the juvenile inmates will get the opportunity to test their skills and earn a living for themselves once they are out of prison.
The Yellow Ribbon Project was launched by the Fiji Prisons and Correctional Facilities to utilize the skills of the inmates so that they will be able to earn a living for themselves.
