Only hours remain before the Scotland Sevens gets underway and the pressure is mounting on the Digicel Fiji Sevens team to finish the 2008/2009 IRB Sevens Series on a high note.

So far this season, Fiji managed to win only one tournament and that was in Hong Kong.

The leading teams in the series are also under pressure as first placed South Africa, who is on 116 points, needs just one single point to secure their first series title.

But second placed England is breathing down their necks.

South Africa needs to qualify for the cup quarterfinals and if they fail to get any points and England wins the Scotland Sevens, then they could win the series.

The Scotland Sevens tournament starts tonight at 8:35pm with the opening match between South Africa and France.

Fiji's first pool game is at 10:03pm against Portugal, while two pool games will be held on Sunday morning, at 1:29am Fiji takes on Spain and the last pool game is at 5:34am against Australia.
