The ousted Opposition leader Mick Beddoes said that the President's Office has been used as a rubber stamp for the Interim Government for the past two years.

Speaking to ABC news, Beddoes said it's interesting to know what will President Ratu Josefa Iloilo's future will be if Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama imposes full military rule, after speculation that he may be planning to abrogate the Constitution and impose full military rule.
