The President's Office has only received 3 names of people to sit on the tribunal to hear the allegation against the suspended Chief Justice Daniel Fatiaki.
The President's Official Secretary, Rupeni Nacewa said the President Ratu Josefa Iloilo received only 3 names from the Interim Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum early this week and the President will endorse the names, before making the announcement next week.
Two months ago, the President had given Khaiyum 60 days to come up with names because he was not satisfied with the names submitted then.
Khaiyum could not be reached for a comment.
